2019 TCR Eastern Europe Trophy
The 2019 TCR Eastern Europe Trophy (also called 2019 TCR Eastern Europe Trophy powered by ESET for sponsorship reasons) was the first season of the TCR Eastern Europe Trophy. The season began on 27 April at the Hungaroring and ended on 13 October at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza. Teams and drivers Calendar and results The calendar was released on 12 December 2018, with four rounds being held in conjunction with TCR Europe Touring Car Series. After the series was incorporated into the ESET V4 Cup as a standalone class, an amended calendar was published on 19 March 2019 with four of the six race calendar now forming part of the ESET V4 Cup calendar. 2019 TCR Europe Touring Car Series
The 2019 TCR Europe Touring Car Series was the fourth season of TCR Europe Touring Car Series, and second held as a standalone series. The season began at the Hungaroring in April and ended at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza in October. As part of an deal with the series' promoters, at five of the seven events, the 2019 TCR BeNeLux Touring Car Championship series is held which is its fourth edition. Also a third competition will be held with the establishment of the 2019 TCR Eastern Europe Trophy, TCR Eastern Europe Trophy which will be held on two of the seven events of the calendar, as well as having four standalone events. Mikel Azcona is the defending drivers' champion, while Hell Energy Drink, Hell Energy Racing with KC Motorgroup, KCMG are the defending teams' champions. The Masaryk circuit ( cz, Masarykův okruh) or Masarykring, also referred to as the Brno Circuit, refers to two motorsport race tracks located in Brno, Czech Republic. Orechová Potôň ( hu, Diósförgepatony, ) is a village and municipality in the Dunajská Streda District in the Trnava Region of south-west Slovakia. History In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1250. Until the end of World War I, it was part of Hungary and fell within the Dunaszerdahely district of Pozsony County. Automotodróm Slovakia Ring
Automotodróm Slovakia Ring is a motor racing circuit in Orechová Potôň, Dunajská Streda District in Slovakia, approximately away from Bratislava Airport. It was built between 2008 and 2009. Description New Zealand race car driver Matt Halliday suggested that the rear engine Porsches struggled with Slovakia Ring's long radius corners with much less front aerodynamics than the other cars. A major feature of the circuit is a prominent hump on one of the straights that causes some cars to fly with the front wheels off the ground. Only one car has flipped over entirely and crashed after going over the hump at a high speed. Prior to start of the 2014 season the hump between turns 2 and 3 was rebuilt. Automotodrom Grobnik is a motorsport race track located in Čavle, north of Rijeka, Croatia. The circuit was built in 15 months and was opened in 14 September 1978. From 1978 to 1990, it hosted the Yugoslavian motorcycle Grand Prix of MotoGP. The Red Bull Ring is a motorsport race track in Spielberg, Styria, Austria. The race circuit was founded as Österreichring (translation: Austrian Circuit) and hosted the Austrian Grand Prix for 18 consecutive years, from to .
