2015 Kerry Senior Hurling Championship
The 2015 Kerry Senior Hurling Championship was the 114th staging of the Kerry Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Kerry County Board in 1889. The championship began on 17 July 2015 and ended on 27 September 2015. The championship was won by Kilmoyley who secured the title following a 3–15 to 1–13 defeat of St Brendan's, Ardfert in the final. This was their 23rd championship title and their first in six championship seasons. Lixnaw were the defending champions, however, they were defeated at the semi-final stage. Crotta O'Neill's
Crotta O'Neill's are a hurling club in the Kilflynn area of County Kerry, Ireland. The club is named after Maurice O'Neill, an Irish Republican. They play in the Kerry Senior Hurling Championship. The club is primarily concerned with the game of hurling. Their pitch is located in Dromakee. History The Club have played in 19 Kerry Senior Hurling Championship finals winning 10, including a three in a row from 1943 to 1945 and a two in a row in 1950 and 1951. The most successful time for the club came between 1939 and 1951 when the club won 8 of their 10 County Championships. Jimmy Flaherty was captain for 5 for the wins in 1939, 1944, 1945, 1947 and 1950. Austin Stack Park
Austin Stack Park is a GAA stadium in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland. It is one of the stadiums used by Kerry GAA's Gaelic football team and the stadium of the hurling team. Shane Conway
Shane Conway (born 26 October 1998) is an Irish hurler who plays for Kerry Senior Championship club Lixnaw and at inter-county level with the Kerry senior hurling team. He usually lines out as a forward. Career A member of the Lixnaw club, Conway first came to prominence at underage levels by winning minor and under-21 championship titles. He progressed onto the club's senior team and won a County Championship title in 2018. Conway subsequently lined out with University College Cork, winning consecutive Fitzgibbon Cup titles in 2019 and 2020. Shane Nolan is a hurler from County Kerry. He has played with the Kerry intercounty team and with his local Crotta O'Neill's club. Club At club level Nolan plays with Crotta O'Neill's.
