2012 Ginetta Junior Championship
The 2012 Ginetta Junior Championship was a multi-event, one make motor racing championship held across England and Scotland. The championship featured a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded drivers, aged between 14 and 17, competing in Ginetta G40s that conformed to the technical regulations for the championship. It formed part of the extensive program of support categories built up around the British Touring Car Championship centrepiece. This season was the sixth Ginetta Junior Championship. The season commenced on 1 April 2012 at Brands Hatch – on the circuit's Indy configuration – and concluded on 21 October 2012 at the same venue, utilising the Grand Prix circuit, after twenty races at ten meetings, all in support of the 2012 British Touring Car Championship. The 2012 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship was a multi-event motor racing championship for production-based touring cars held across England and Scotland. The championship features a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded amateur drivers competing in highly modified versions of family cars which are sold to the general public and conform to the technical regulations for the championship. It is one of the most popular domestic motor racing series in the United Kingdom, with an extensive program of support categories built up around the BTCC centrepiece. It was the 55th British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) season. This was the second season that cars conforming to the Next Generation Touring Car (NGTC) specification were allowed to compete and the third and final season of the phased transition from the Super 2000 specification. Teddington
Teddington is a suburb in south-west London in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. In 2021, Teddington was named as the best place to live in London by ''The Sunday Times''. The Thruxton Circuit is a motor-racing circuit located near the village of Thruxton in Hampshire, England, United Kingdom, about 30 miles north of Southampton. It has hosted motorsport events including the British Touring Car Championship, British GT Championship, British Formula One Championship, British Formula Three, and GB3 Championship. Donington Park
Donington Park is a motorsport circuit located near Castle Donington in Leicestershire, England. The circuit business is now owned by Jonathan Palmer's MotorSport Vision organisation, and the surrounding Donington Park Estate, still owned by the Wheatcroft family, is currently under lease by MotorSport Vision until 2038. It has a capacity of 120,000, and is also the venue of the Download Festival. Aiden Moffat (born 28 September 1996) is a British racing driver currently competing in the British Touring Car Championship for Laser Tools Racing. Keith Donegan
Keith Donegan (born 12 March 1997), is an Irish racing driver and team owner who last drove in the 2022 Formula Regional European Championship for Race Performance Motorsport. He is the owner of the team, having purchased the assets of RP Motorsport in February 2022. Following Round 5 of the championship, Donegan stepped back from driving to continue as just the owner. Ricky Collard is a former British racing driver. He is the son of BTCC racer Rob Collard and the grandson of Hot Rod racer Mick Collard. Andrew Robert Watson (born 21 January 1995) is a British racing driver from Northern Ireland currently competing in the British Touring Car Championship with CarStore Power Maxed Racing.
