2007 Lexus Cup
The 2007 Lexus Cup was a golf event competed by women representing Asia and an International squad representing the rest of the world. Each team was made up of twelve members. The competition took place at The Vines Resort & Country Club in Perth, Australia from 7–9 December 2007. Lexus was the title sponsor; Rolex, DBS, Singapore Airlines and Singapore Sports Council were main sponsors. After taking a commanding lead in the first day of play, winning all six matches, Team Asia won the tournament by a score of 15 to 9. The Vines Resort & Country Club
The Vines is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, developed as a country club estate in 1987. Homes consist of mostly large lots of situated around the golf courses. It is in the Swan Valley region of Western Australia, and was approved as a suburb name in 1996. The Vines is home to a four-star resort and country club that encompasses two hotels: the Novotel Vines and the Sebel Swan Valley. The resort hosts two 18-hole golf courses, which traverse the suburb; both are world class championship courses: The Lakes and Ellenbrook. Jeonju
Jeonju () is the 16th largest city in South Korea and the capital of North Jeolla Province. Meena Lee (; born 25 December 1981) is a South Korean professional golfer who plays on the United States-based LPGA Tour. Lee was born in Jeonju, South Korea. She took up golf at the age of fourteen, which is unusually late for a future professional golfer, but just a few years later, in 2000, she became the Korean Amateur Champion. Lee Seon-hwa (Korean 이선화) (born 10 February 1986) is a South Korean professional golfer now playing on the United States LPGA Tour. Kim In-Kyung, also called In-Kyung Kim and I. K. Kim (born 13 June 1988), is a South Korean professional golfer currently playing on the LPGA Tour. Ahn Shi-hyun, or Shi Hyun Ahn (; 15 September 1984) is a South Korean professional golfer.
