1995–96 FIBA European Cup
The 1995–96 FIBA European Cup was the thirtieth edition of FIBA's 2nd-tier level European-wide professional club basketball competition. it occurred between September 5, 1995, and March 12, 1996. The final was held at Araba Arena, Vitoria, Spain. In the final, Taugrés defeated PAOK, in front of 5,500 spectators. FIBA Saporta Cup
The FIBA Saporta Cup was the name of the second-tier level European-wide professional club basketball competition, where the domestic National Cup winners, from all over Europe, played against each other. The competition was organized by FIBA Europe. It was named after the late Raimundo Saporta, a former Real Madrid director. Namika Lahti was a basketball club based in Lahti, Finland. The club played in the Korisliiga, the top Finnish championship league. The club was established in 1898 in Vyborg and moved to Lahti in 1947. In 2015, the club was dissolved, after economic problems. Name and history "Namika" is a nickname for NMKY, meaning YMCA. Thames Valley Tigers
Thames Valley Tigers was a British professional basketball team that competed in the British Basketball League (BBL) until 2005, when funding was ceased and the franchise folded. Based in Bracknell, Berkshire, the team's fans set up a new team to replace the Tigers and a month later the Guildford Heat was born. Playing in the nearby town of Guildford, at the Guildford Spectrum, Spectrum complex, the team started the 2005–06 British Basketball League season with many of the former Tigers players.
