NY Greek American Atlas Astoria, commonly known as New York Greek American, is an American soccer team from New York City that currently plays in the Eastern Premier Soccer League and in the Cosmopolitan Soccer League. The club was formed in 1946 by Thomas Laris and is one of the most successful clubs in America's annual national soccer tournament, the U.S. Open Cup, winning four times, in 1967, 1968, 1969 and 1974. The team is one of the oldest American soccer clubs in existence and plays its games at the Metropolitan Oval in Maspeth, Queens. Bile salt-dependent lipase (or BSDL), also known as carboxyl ester lipase (or CEL) is an enzyme produced by the adult pancreas and aids in the digestion of fats. Bile salt-stimulated lipase (or BSSL) is an equivalent enzyme found within breast milk. BSDL has been found in the pancreatic secretions of all species in which it has been looked for. BSSL, originally discovered in the milk of humans and various other primates, has since been found in the milk of many animals including dogs, cats, rats, and rabbits. John Lignos
John Lignos (born in Chios, Greece) was a U.S. soccer player who spent four seasons in the North American Soccer League, one in the American Soccer League and one in the United Soccer League. He also earned one cap with the U.S. national team and was selected for the 1980 U.S. Olympic soccer team. Professional Born in the town of Amades on the Greek island of Chios, but moved to New York when he was eleven. In 1979, he was the top draft pick of the New England Tea Men of the North American Soccer League. While usually playing on the defensive line, he moved to defensive midfielder in 1980 to make room for rookie defender Mike Gibbon. Following the 1980 season, the Tea Men moved to Jacksonville, Florida. Lignos moved with the team. Garth Pollonais
Garth Pollonais is a retired Trinidad and Tobago football (soccer) forward who played professionally in both Trinidad and the United States. Early career Pollonais grew up in Trinidad. He attended St. Augustine Senior Secondary High School where he was captain of the boys' soccer team in 1981 and the 1981 Trinidad and Tobago National High School Player of the Year. He also played for a variety of amateur teams including the Maple Soccer Club, Tacarigua United and Malt Carib Soccer Academy. In 1986, Pollonais entered Erskine College in South Carolina where he played four seasons of men's soccer. He was a four-time All-American and scored 88 career goals, adding 40 assists. He graduated in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in behavioural science and was inducted into the Erskine Hall of Fame in 2001. Along with the Pacific Coast League, it is one of two leagues playing at the Triple-A level, which is one grade below Major League Baseball (MLB). HASL
{{unreferenced, date=November 2012 HASL or HAL (for hot air (solder) leveling) is a type of finish used on printed circuit boards (PCBs). The PCB is typically dipped into a bath of molten solder so that all exposed copper surfaces are covered by solder. Excess solder is removed by passing the PCB between hot air knives.
