1925 Polish Football Championship
1925 Polish Football Championship was the 5th edition of the Polish Football Championship (Non-League) and 4th completed season ended with the selection of a winner. The championship was decided in final tournament played among nine teams ( winners of the regional A-Class championship) participated in the league which was divided into 3 groups: an Eastern, a Northern and a Southern one. The winners of each groups, Pogoń Lwów, Warta Poznań and Wisła Kraków, played a Final Group tournament. The champions were Pogoń Lwów, who won their 3rd Polish title. The championships were held after a one-year break, as the 1924 Polish Championships were abandoned due to the preparations of the Poland national team to participate in the 1924 Olympic Football Tournament. The Rec.Sport.Soccer Statistics Foundation (RSSSF) is an international organization dedicated to collecting statistics about association football. Mieczysław Batsch
Mieczysław Józef Batsch a.k.a. Bacz (1 January 1900 in Lemberg – 9 September 1977 in Przemyśl) was a Polish soccer forward. He represented both Pogoń Lwów and the Polish National Team. Batsch was a graduate of the mechanical engineering program of Lwów's Technical University (Politechnika Lwowska). In the 1920s, while he was on the team, Pogoń won multiple national champions (1922, 1923, 1925, 1926). Together with Wacław Kuchar and Józef Garbień, he scored several goals. His career lasted from 1916 to 1929, after which he occasionally played on the team Oldboye Lwów, which consisted of soccer veterans from Lwów. On the national team he played in 11 games, scoring 1 goal. TKS Toruń
Toruński KS is a defunct Polish multisport club from Toruń, which in the late 1920s played in the Polish Soccer League for two years (1927, 1928). The club was founded on 10 August 1922 and expanded rapidly, although it was based on football, new sections were quickly set up. The club quickly became one of the largest clubs in Polish Pomerania, and the culmination of its strength was the invitation in 1927 of TKS' players to the newly created central polish football league. In that league the team played two incomplete seasons. The first one ended at 10th place (out of 14 teams; the las one was relegated), but the 1928 year was the culmination of the club's serious troubles: troubled by financial problems and injuries of players, he fought for maintenance. KS Lublinianka
KS Lublinianka is a Polish professional football club based in Lublin. It was founded in 1921 as WKS Lublin (Wojskowy Klub Sportowy Lublin, English: Military Sports Club) and was supported by the Lublin garrison of the Polish Army. In 1923 WKS Lublin was renamed to Klub Sportowy Lublinianka. In 1938 the club won the Football Junior Championships of Poland.
