Šuhret Fazlić
Šuhret Fazlić (born 17 April 1961) is a Bosnian politician who served as mayor of Bihać from 2016 to 2022. He has been a member of the People and Justice party since 2023. Fazlić was born in Bihać in 1961, but graduated from the Faculty of Political Science in Sarajevo. He worked for a number of Bihać-based companies and agencies. Fazlić got into politics by joining the Social Democratic Party (SDP BiH) in 1998. He was a member of the SDP BiH until 2016, when he left it to join the Civic Alliance. He left the Civic Alliance in 2018 to establish the Movement for a Modern and Active Krajina (POMAK). Fazlić served as director of the Federal Privatization Agency from 2012 to 2015. Bihać is a city and the administrative centre of Una-Sana Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 5th Corps (Army Of The Republic Of Bosnia And Herzegovina)
The 5th Corps was one of seven corps and smallest one of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The formation was around the Bihać pocket to protect it against the surrounding Serb forces. The Fifth Corps also fought secessional Bosniak forces loyal to Fikret Abdić, who was cooperating with Serb forces. 2016 Bosnian Municipal Elections
Municipal elections were held in Bosnia and Herzegovina on 2 October 2016 to elect mayors and assemblies in 143 municipalities. A total of 3,263,906 voters were registered in the Central Voters’ Register, including 65,111 by-mail voters. 2008 Bosnian Municipal Elections
Municipal elections were held in Bosnia and Herzegovina on 5 October 2008. Parties and independent candidates had to register by 23 May 2008, party or coalition lists by 25 June 2008. Canton 10 (, , , ) is one of the ten cantons of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a political entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is the largest canton by area and eighth by population.
