Ängsbacka
Ängsbacka is a course and festival center focused on personal development, yoga, Tantra, dance, meditation, spirituality and self-expression. It is located in Molkom, Sweden, and was started in 1996. The center hosts an average of eight festivals per year, mainly during the summer. Although Ängsbacka's Tantra Festival is the largest in Sweden, the No Mind Festival is the largest of the festivals with around a thousand participants. Vegetarian food is served. It is registered as a not-for-profit organization owned by members and is run in a large part by volunteers. No Mind Festival
The No Mind Festival is an annual alternative festival that has taken place in Ängsbacka, Sweden each summer since 1997 and is sometimes referred to as Ängsbacka's Glastonbury. Its roots are drawn from the No Mind philosophy of Osho, the Indian mystic who popularized No Mind meditation. It is counted amongst the largest alternative festivals in Europe and regularly attracts around 1,000 participants. The festival usually takes place in early July and lasts for seven days. It is a strictly drug and alcohol-free event and includes a 'festival within a festival' for participants under 18. Three Miles North Of Molkom
''Three Miles North of Molkom'' is a 2008 documentary film directed by Corinna Villari-McFarlane and Robert Cannan. It was nominated in the Best British Documentary category for the British Independent Film Awards 2008. It follows seven participants of the 2007 No Mind Festival at Ängsbacka, a course center located in Molkom, Sweden. This yearly New Age event lasts one or two weeks, has a thousand participants, and is claimed to be the largest alternative festival in Northern Europe. Tantra
Tantra (; sa, तन्त्र, lit=loom, weave, warp) are the esoteric traditions of Hinduism and Buddhism that developed on the Indian subcontinent from the middle of the 1st millennium CE onwards.
