Morelos
Morelos, officially the Free and Sovereign State of Morelos, is a landlocked state located in south-central Mexico. It is one of the 32 states which comprise the Political divisions of Mexico, Federal Entities of Mexico. It is divided into Municipalities of Morelos, 36 municipalities and its capital city is Cuernavaca. Morelos is bordered by Mexico City to the north, and by the states of State of Mexico, México to the northeast and northwest, Puebla to the east and Guerrero to the southwest. Morelos is the second-smallest state in the nation, just after Tlaxcala. Cuernavaca
Cuernavaca (; , "near the woods" , Otomi language, Otomi: ) is the capital and largest city of the Mexican state, state of Morelos in Mexico. Along with Chalcatzingo, it is likely one of the origins of the Mesoamerica, Mesoamerican civilization. Olmec works of art, currently displayed in the Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City were found in the Gualupita III archeological site. José María Morelos
José María Teclo Morelos Pérez y Pavón () (30 September 1765 – 22 December 1815) was a Mexican Priesthood in the Catholic Church, Catholic priest, statesman and military leader who led the Mexican War of Independence movement, assuming its leadership after the execution of Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla in 1811. Born in Morelia, Valladolid, Michoacán, Morelos studied at Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, Colegio de San Nicolás and was appointed priest of Carácuaro in 1799. He joined Miguel Hidalgo's Cry of Dolores, soon becoming an insurgency leader. Morelos is a state in South Central Mexico that is currently divided into 36 municipalities. According to the 2020 Mexican census, it is the twenty-third most populated state with inhabitants and the third smallest by land area spanning . Margarita González Saravia Calderón (born June 13, 1956) is a Mexican politician and businesswoman, and a member of the Morena (political party), Morena party. Ángel García Yáñez
Ángel García Yáñez (born 14 December 1967) is a Mexican politician affiliated at different times to the New Alliance Party (Nueva Alianza) and to the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI).
