Marián Miezga
Marián Miezga (born 30 October 1974) is a Slovak actor. He was recognised at the 1998 DOSKY Awards as Discovery of the Year as part of the performance of ''Na koho to slovo padne''. Although mainly known for his television roles on Slovak TV channels RTVS and TV JOJ, he joined the cast of Markíza's Oteckovia in 2018 as Juraj Šípka. Selected filmography *'' S.O.S.'' Partička
Partička was a Slovak improvisational comedy show strongly inspired by Whose Line Is It Anyway?, later brought to the Czech Republic. The Slovak edition started in 2009. Although it saw a big success with the younger generation of viewers, its ratings were never high enough for the commercial television Markíza, which broadcast the show. After several shifts with its timeslot (starting on Monday nights – moved to Saturday nights) the show ended after its fourth season on 31 December 2012. Several Slovak actors have appeared on the show including Juraj Kemka, Lukáš Latinák and Petra Polnišová. The show was later brought to the Czech television Prima, where its success slowly grew to a very popular show. Panelák is a Slovak daily television series that aired from 2008 until 2017 on TV JOJ. In Slovak language, Slovak, ''panelák'' means "block of flats". The soap opera follows the lives of a group of people living in an apartment building. Background ''Panelák'' originally aired for fifteen seasons from 18 February 2008 until 17 June 2015 as a daily series, becoming the longest-running television show in Slovak history. In 2017, it was brought back for one more season upon its fifteenth anniversary, from 29 March until 30 August. The soap opera is loosely connected to the earlier Slovak series ''Susedia'' (Neighbours), broadcast by Markíza from 2006 until 2007, and later rebooted in 2018.
