Benjamin Reemst
Benjamin Reemst (born 29 March 2000) is a Dutch former professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. Club career Youth, ADO and Dordrecht Reemst played at the youth levels of Forum Sport and Feyenoord, before making the move to ADO Den Haag in 2018. There, he became captain of the U-21 side. On 7 March 2022, he made his professional debut, playing 82 minutes in a 6–3 loss to Jong Ajax, in which he assisted Ricardo Kishna's goal. After making a further 8 appearances for Den Haag, Reemst signed for FC Dordrecht on an initial two-year contract with an option of a further year. He made his debut for Dordrecht in a 2–0 loss to Roda JC. He did not play in the 2023–24 season due to an undisclosed injury. KNVB Beker
The KNVB Beker (; ), branded as the TOTO KNVB Beker for sponsorship reasons, is a competition in the Netherlands organised by the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) since 1898. It was based on the format of the English FA Cup. Outside the Netherlands, it is often referred to as the Dutch Cup. Tweede Divisie
Tweede Divisie (; ) is the highest amateur (and historically the lowest professional) football league in the Netherlands. It was established in 1956, together with the Eredivisie and the Eerste Divisie. Between 1956 and 1960 and between 1962 and 1966, the league consisted of two divisions, Tweede Divisie A and Tweede Divisie B. The league was disbanded in 1971. Six clubs were promoted to the Eerste Divisie (AVV De Volewijckers, De Volewijckers, FC Eindhoven, VVV-Venlo, FC VVV, Fortuna Vlaardingen, PEC Zwolle, PEC and Roda JC Kerkrade, Roda JC), while the other eleven teams became amateur clubs. 2024–25 Tweede Divisie
The 2024–25 Tweede Divisie season is the ninth edition of the Dutch third tier since ending its hiatus since the 1970–71 season and the 24th edition using the Tweede Divisie name. On 2 October 2017, representatives of amateur and professional football reached an agreement during the extraordinary general meeting of the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) regarding the path to renewal of the football pyramid. During the extraordinary general meeting of 7 June 2018, an agreement was reached on the number of allowed reserve teams (belofteteams) in each division. For the Tweede Divisie, there are two. The 2024 Veikkausliiga was the 94th season of top-tier football in Finland, which takes place from April to November. Veikkaus was the league's sponsor. Teams The league consisted of twelve teams; ten teams remaining from the previous season, and two teams promoted from the Ykkönen. HJK entered the season as defending champions (for the fourth consecutive season). The Eerste Divisie (; ) is the second-highest tier of football in the Netherlands. It is linked with the top-level Eredivisie via promotion/relegation systems. It is also known as the Keuken Kampioen Divisie due to sponsorship reasons, while previously it was known as Jupiler League for the same reason. History The Eerste Divisie consists of 20 clubs, who play each other in a double round-robin league, with each club playing the other club home and away.
