Antoinette Cellier, Lady Seton (23 June 1913 – 18 January 1981) was an English film and theatre actress. She appeared in fifteen feature films in the 1930s and 1940s. She was married to soldier and actor Sir Bruce Lovat Seton, 11th Baronet of Abercorn. Family She was born Florence Antoinette Glossop Cellier in Broadstairs, Kent, England. Her father, Frank Cellier, was a film and theatre actor, and her mother was Florence Glossop-Harris. Her grandparents included Augustus Harris, the actor-manager, and François Cellier, musical director of the Savoy Theatre. Her half-brother Peter Cellier also became a film, television and theatre actor. Antoinette-Thérèse Deshoulières (Rocroi, 31 May 1659 – Paris, 8 August 1718) was a French poet. Biography The daughter of Antoinette du Ligier de la Garde Deshoulières, she managed to publish her mother's works. ''La mort de Cochon'' which she wrote is a tragi-comedy in the manner of Corneille. The heroes are Cochon, the dog of the Duke of Vivonne, and Grisette, the cat of Antoinette des Houlières. This subject shows the relations which the two ladies of Houlières maintained with the court of France. Her mother, Corneille himself, were her teachers, as well as the poet Benserade, who said "Daughter of a wonder and wonder herself". She was a member of the Accademia Galileiana. Antoinette Lubaki (''Atoinet Lubaki, Atoinet Mfumbi)'' ( Bukama, Congo Free State) (1895-?) was a Congolese watercolourist, and Congo's first known female artist. She is considered one of the forerunners of modern art in Congo, alongside her husband, painter and ivory worker Albert Lubaki and the tailor-painter Djilatento. The Lubakis are thought to be the first artists in Congo to create their works on paper. Antoinette Kirkwood (26 February 1930 - 28 January 2014) was an English composer born in London, with Irish family connections. She studied with Claud Biggs at the Irish Academy of Music and then piano and composition with Dorothy Howell and cello with Paul Tortelier at the Royal Academy of Music.
