Aji River, Gujarat
The Aji River is one of the main rivers of the Saurashtra region in Gujarat, India. It separates Rajkot into east-west parts. There are four dams on the river, the water from which is used for agriculture and as drinking water. Saurashtra (region)
Kathiawar (), also known as Saurashtra, is a peninsula in the south-western Gujarat state in India, bordering the Arabian Sea and covering about . It is bounded by the Kutch district in the north, the Gulf of Kutch in the northwest, and by the Gulf of Khambhat in the east. In the northeast, it is connected to the rest of the state and borders on the low, fertile hinterland of Ahmedabad. Gulf Of Kutch
The Gulf of Kutch is located between the peninsula regions of Kutch and Saurashtra, bounded in the state of Gujarat that borders Pakistan. It opens towards the Arabian Sea facing the Gulf of Oman. Sardhar is a village located on the Rajkot to Bhavnagar highway and 30 km (18.6 miles) away from Rajkot in the state of Gujarat, India. Name Sardhar is said to derive its name from the ''Sardbnri Dhar'', a long trap dyke, which is one of the principal watersheds of the centre of Kathiawar.
