Aji River, Gujarat
The Aji River is one of the main rivers of the Saurashtra region in Gujarat, India. It separates Rajkot into east-west parts. There are four dams on the river, the water from which is used for agriculture and as drinking water. Kathiawar (), also known as Saurashtra, is a peninsula in the south-western Gujarat state in India, bordering the Arabian Sea and covering about . It is bounded by the Kutch district in the north, the Gulf of Kutch in the northwest, and by the Gulf of Khambhat in the east. Sardhar is a village located on the Rajkot to Bhavnagar highway and 30 km (18.6 miles) away from Rajkot in the state of Gujarat, India.
