Elena Rybakina defeated Marta Kostyuk in the final, 6–2, 6–2 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Stuttgart Open. It was her eighth career WTA Tour title. Iga Świątek was the two-time defending champion, but lost to Rybakina in the semifinals. The loss ended Świątek's 10-match unbeaten streak at the tournament.
