Øivind Lunde (Archaeologist)
Øivind Lunde (born 7 August 1962 in Bergen, Norway) is a Norwegian bass guitarist, known from bands like Elle Melle, Good Time Charly and Electric Heavyland. Biography Lunde started his musical career as a pupil at the Rudolf Steiner School in Bergen. He later started playing the bass guitar in local bands. His first major project was Good Time Charly. They performed at the 1988 URIJAZZ. At the 1993 Nattjazz he was in the lineup for Ole Thomsen Ole Thomsen (born 28 November 1952 in Bergen, Norway) is a Norwegian jazz musician (guitar) and composer, known from a number of releases and since 1977 central on the Bergen jazz scene. (in Norwegian) He is the older brother of another Bergen Gu ...'s Electric Heavyland, and with Stein Hauge Band (2001–04). Jazz

Blues is a music genre and musical form which originated in the Deep South of the United States around the 1860s. Nattjazz
Bergen International Jazz Festival or Nattjazz, is one of the largest jazz festivals of Norway. The festival has a musical profile with an emphasis on ethnic and contemporary jazz. It is held annually in late May, coinciding with Festspillene i Bergen, and is located at Verftet in Bergen. Biography The festival was arranged for the first time in 1972 at ''HÃ¥ndverkeren'' in Bergen (now closed). It moved to ''Studentsenteret'' in 1978 (now demolished and rebuilt), and eventually to ''USF Verftet'' in 1994. In 2012 Nattjazz was held in different localities in ''VÃ¥gsbunnen'' because of the reconstructions of ''USF Verftet''. During the course of the festival most concerts are held indoors, but with some outdoor concerts too. Ole Thomsen (born 28 November 1952 in Bergen, Norway) is a Norwegian jazz musician (guitar) and composer, known from a number of releases and since 1977 central on the Bergen jazz scene.
