Dutch Wonderland
Dutch Wonderland is a theme park just east of Lancaster, Pennsylvania in East Lampeter Township, appealing primarily to families with small children. The park's theme is a "Kingdom for Kids." The entrance to the park has a stone imitation castle façade, which was built by Earl Clark, a potato farmer, before he opened the park in 1963. The Clark family sold Dutch Wonderland in 2001 to Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company. They also operate Wonderland Mini-Golf (Former Wonderland Cinema; Demolished in 2015), and Old Mill Stream Campground at the same location and the Gift Shop at Kitchen Kettle Village, in nearby Intercourse, Pennsylvania. On November 12, 2010, Hershey Entertainment announced that they sold Dutch Wonderland to Palace Entertainment. Laurel Canyon is a mountainous neighborhood in the Hollywood Hills region of the Santa Monica Mountains, within the Hollywood Hills West district of Los Angeles, California. The main thoroughfare of Laurel Canyon Boulevard connects the neighborhood with the more urbanized parts of Los Angeles to the north and south, between Ventura Boulevard and Hollywood Boulevard. Originally inhabited by the Tongva people, by the early 20th century real estate developers situated a vacation site along the slope of neighboring Lookout Mountain; this formed the nucleus of what would become the Laurel Canyon neighborhood. Wonderland Sydney (originally known as Australia's Wonderland), was an amusement park in Eastern Creek, Sydney, Australia. ''Wonderland Online'' () is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) created by the Taiwanese company Chinese Gamer International. The North American version of the game was published by IGG Inc., which ran from 2008 to 2019. The game was developed and published in Taiwan by Chinese Gamer International on December 14, 2005. The game was later published in Hong Kong on 2006 by the company 980x, and in North America by IGG Inc. (then known as Internet Gaming Gate) on 2008. Since 2019, both Chinese Gamer International and IGG Inc. have discontinued support for the game, although 980x still operates a Chinese version titled ''New Wonderland Online''. ''Wonderland'' is an interactive fiction game developed by Magnetic Scrolls and published in 1990 by Virgin Games. Plot ''Wonderland'' is based on Lewis Carroll's classic children's book '' Alice in Wonderland'', with the player taking on the role of Alice. It does not involve anything from that book's sequel, ''Through the Looking-Glass''. Gameplay With this game, Magnetic Scrolls introduced a bespoke windowing system dubbed "Magnetic Windows". The player's inventory, the location's graphic, the map and so on are all in separate windows that can be moved and resized independently. ''Wonderland'' is the 38th album release by British composer Michael Nyman and the soundtrack to the 1999 film '' Wonderland''. It is the first of many collaborations of Nyman with director Michael Winterbottom. For Winterbottom, Nyman would later perform excerpts of this score in ''9 Songs'', provide a score for '' The Claim'', and arrangements and re-used tracks for ''A Cock and Bull Story''.
