Zorlu Center
Zorlu Center is a multiple-use complex in the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul, Turkey containing an upscale shopping mall, a five-star Raffles hotel and a Cinemaximum megaplex, as well as residences and offices. It is home to Zorlu PSM, the largest performing arts center in the country, as well as the country's first Apple Store. Built in 2013 to a design by Emre Arolat Architects and Tabanlıoğlu Architects, the center is situated at the junction of the European connection of the Bosphorus Bridge with Barbaros Boulevard, which proceeds to the north as Büyükdere Avenue in Levent and Maslak. Levent is a neighbourhood and one of the main business districts of Istanbul, Turkey, located on the European side of the city. It is a part of the municipality of Beşiktaş and is situated to the north of the Golden Horn, at the western shore of the Bosphorus strait. Zorlu PSM ( Turkish: ''Zorlu Performans Sanatları Merkezi'', English: ''Zorlu Performing Arts Center'') inside Zorlu Center is currently the largest dedicated performing arts theatre and concert hall in Istanbul, Turkey. It is in the Beşiktaş district on the European side of the city, near the junction between Barbaros Boulevard and Büyükdere Avenue, near Levent. The multi-venue facility was designed by Turkish architect Emre Arolat, with the two main theaters designed by Anne Minors. The facility measures approximately 55,000 sq. meters (595,000 sq. ft.).
