Zozobra (band)
Zozobra is an American heavy metal band, that was first conceived by Caleb Scofield during 2006. He was joined by Santos Montano for the band's first release, '' Harmonic Tremors'' in 2007. Early Zozobra recordings had a lot in common with the experimental-hardcore of Old Man Gloom and symbolically shares a synonymous name. Zozobra toured the United States with Isis and Jesu in early 2007. Zozobra allowed Caleb Scofield the chance to write his own songs for the first time ever, unlike Cave In and Old Man Gloom. Their second album, ''Bird of Prey'', was released on August 5, 2008, and featured Aaron Harris of Isis on drums. Their third full length '' Savage Masters'' was released on April 2, 2013. Scofield died on March 28, 2018, but contributors to the band's recordings have played multiple live sets of Zozobra songs as a tribute to Scofield. The Hope Conspiracy
The Hope Conspiracy is an American hardcore punk band from Boston formed in late 1999. They were picked up by Equal Vision Records and Bridge 9 Records before signing a deal with Deathwish Records. Biography With the help of Mark Thompson of Tortuga and Hydra Head Records, The Hope Conspiracy headed to Godcity Studios in Norwood, Massachusetts to record their first demo in November 1999. It consisted of three songs ("Escapist", "Divinity Sickness", and "When the Doves Fly"). They produced 1000 copies of the tape, and managed to present 200 copies at their first show with black and white covers (which were quickly made on the way to the gig). Then they produced 800 more color copies of the demo cover based on a design by Aaron Turner. In early 2000, Turner brought up the idea of the demo cassette being put on CD and 7-inch vinyl, and the band accepted the invitation. The CD version contained one extra song, "It Meant Nothing". In both demos, the song "When the Doves Fly" wa ...

United Nations (band)
United Nations is a hardcore punk supergroup whose roots go back to at least 2005. Due to the nature of the band, it is unclear who exactly is a member of United Nations at any given time. Early promotional images of the band depicted four people wearing Ronald Reagan masks, and all original contributors were contractually obligated to remain anonymous. The only member not under contract at the time was Geoff Rickly of the band Thursday. History Formation and early recording sessions (2005–2008) The idea of the side project can be traced back to the early 2000s, but it was not until 2008 that United Nations took shape. Geoff Rickly has said the band started over tequila with Daryl Palumbo. At the start of the band, all members except for Rickly were under contracts with other record labels and were not legally permitted to work in projects released by another, making it difficult for the official lineup of the band to be well known. However some members from the band's origin ...

''Bird of Prey'' is the second studio album by the American rock band Zozobra. The album was released on August 5, 2008, through Hydra Head Records. ''Bird of Prey'' was largely written and performed by Caleb Scofield with Isis member Aaron Harris performing drums.
