Zhora Hovhannisyan
Zhora Hovhannisyan ( hy, Ժորա Հովհաննիսյան, born 16 April 1987) is an Armenian footballer. Club career Hovhannisyan played for FC Pyunik before switching in July 2004 to Greek team Olympiacos. In January 2008, he moved on loan from Olympiacos to Greek Beta Ethniki club Agios Dimitrios. Hovhannisyan joined Doxa Kranoula in July 2008 and, in January 2009, moved to A.O. Kymis, which participates in the local amateur league of Euboea (division 1). In 2010, Zhora joined the now disbanded Russian club Saturn Moscow Oblast. Soon afterward, he joined Lokomotiv Tashkent which was coached by his father Khoren Hovhannisyan. Zhora Hovhannisyan had been announced the best foreign player of Uzbekistan in 2012. Later, in the year of 2013, he signed with most successful Uzbek club, Pakhtakor Tashkent, and was given the No. 10 jersey. Vardan Minasyan
Vardan Minasyan ( hy, Վարդան Մինասյան; born 5 January 1974) is a former Armenian footballer who played as a midfielder, and is the former football manager of FC Taraz in the Kazakhstan Premier League. Minasyan has been largely credited for advancing Armenia international and domestic football. He led Armenia to a record 3rd-place finish in Euro 2012 qualifications, where Armenia scored 22 goals, in his first qualification cycle. Minasyan was also the longest serving manager of the Armenian national squad to date and has the best match record of all the former managers of the national team. Khoren Hovhannisyan
Khoren Oganesian ( hy, Խորեն Հովհաննիսյան; born 10 January 1955), also known as Khoren Hovhannisyan, is a former Armenian and Soviet football player who played as a midfielder and current manager and coach. He was awarded the Master of Sport of the USSR, International Class title in 1976. Oganesian was a member of the USSR national football team and mostly played at club level for Soviet Top League and Armenian Premier League club Ararat Yerevan. He is widely considered a legend of Ararat and Armenian football in general. In official games of the USSR championships, Oganesian had 295 matches and scored 93 goals for Ararat.
