The Zealand Air Defence Regiment ( da, Sjællandske Luftværnsregiment) was a Danish Army Air defence regiment. On 1 September 1970 it was merged into Kronens Artilleriregiment. History The regiment was established on 1 November 1932 as ''Luftværnsregimentet'', however, the regiment traces its history even further back, as it is heir to the old Kystartilleriregimentet. The coast fortifications were transferred to the Navy and the coast artillery regiment was disbanded in 1932. Some of the personal was transferred to 10. Army Operational Command (Denmark)
Army Operational Command ( da, Hærens Operative Kommando), short "HOK", was the Danish Army's top authority. It is a Level.II command authority, directly under the Defence Command. ''HOK'' was formed on 1 January 1991. The origin of ''HOK'' can be traced back to 1808, with the forming of the General staff. Saint Barbara ( grc, Ἁγία Βαρβάρα; cop, Ϯⲁⲅⲓⲁ Ⲃⲁⲣⲃⲁⲣⲁ; ; ), known in the Eastern Orthodox Church as the Great Martyr Barbara, was an Early Christianity, early Christian Lebanese and Greek saint and martyr. The Royal Danish Army ( da, Hæren, fo, Herurin, kl, Sakkutuut) is the land-based branch of the Danish Defence, together with the Danish Home Guard. The Crown Artillery Regiment ( da, Kronens Artilleriregiment) was an artillery regiment of the Royal Danish Army. On 1 August 1982 it was merged with the Zealand Artillery Regiment to form the King's Artillery Regiment. The Royal Danish Air Force ( da, Flyvevåbnet, lit=The Flying weapon) (RDAF) is the aerial warfare force of The Kingdom of Denmark and one of the four branches of the Danish Defence.
