Yuriy Shtyn, uk, Юрій Романович Штинь, (born 1 January 1967 in the town of Khodoriv located in Lviv Oblast, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian-Canadian musician, composer and producer. He is the younger brother of Rostyslav Shtyn and was the lyricist and composer for the bands ''Strus Mozgu'' and Opalnyi Prynz, and producer of the project which came later called Loony Pelen. Khodoriv
Khodoriv ( uk, Ходорів; pl, Chodorów) is a city in Stryi Raion, Lviv Oblast of western Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Khodoriv urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Its population is approximately . The city was first mentioned in 1394. In many historic documents it is referred to as ''Khodoriv-stav''. In many documents it is named Khodoriv-stav. It is connected with a male name Fedir and the situation of the town above a big lake. In the 15th century, Khodoriv was granted city status and a coat of arms. Khodoriv was one of the major industrial hubs in Zhydachiv Raion and Lviv Oblast, with more than 10 manufacturing and other plants including the Sugar Plant and the Plant of Manufacturing Polygraph Machines. Opalnyi Prynz ( uk, Опальний Принц) was an influential and popular Ukraine, Ukrainian folk-rock, Ukrainian rock band; the band which came out of musical project called Strus Mozku ( uk, Струс Мозку), or 'Brain Concussion', in English, which started in 1987 when Rostyslav Shtyn's younger brother Yuriy Shtyn relocated to Lviv, Ukraine after completing his studies at the conservatory in Rivne. Ustrzyki Dolne
Ustrzyki Dolne (; yi, Istrik, uk, Устри́ки-Долі́шні, translit=Ustrýky-Dolíshni) is a town in south-eastern Poland, situated in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship (since 1999) close to the border with Ukraine. It is the capital of Bieszczady County, with 9,383 inhabitants (02.06.2009). In existence since the 15th century, Ustrzyki received its city charter around 1727. During the First Partition of Poland, in 1772 it became part of the Habsburg monarchy where it remained until 1918. After the defeat of Austria-Hungary Ustrzyki became part of the newly independent Poland. Major growth of the Ustrzyki economy began in the 19th century, when a railway connection to Przemyśl and Sanok was built in 1872, and the exploitation of local oil fields began. Temporarily in the USSR after the Vistula–Oder Offensive in 1944–45, it became part of postwar Poland following the 1951 Polish-Soviet territorial exchange.
