Yume No Crayon Oukoku
is a Japanese seventy-episode anime television series created by Toei Animation and broadcast from 1997 to 1999. It was based on the novel series by Reizo Fukunaga, and was adapted into a manga by Michiru Kataoka and serialized in ''Nakayoshi'' from August 1997 to August 1998. It has been dubbed into French, Italian, Russian, Korean and Chinese. Plot The civilians of the Crayon Kingdom have always viewed their Princess Silver as a twelve-year-old girl with a beautiful smile. However, unknown to them, the princess has 12 bad habits. is a monthly ''shōjo'' manga magazine published by Kodansha in Japan. First issued in December 1954, it is a long-running magazine with over 60 years of manga publication history. Notable titles serialized in Nakayoshi include ''Princess Knight'', ''Candy Candy'', ''Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon'' and ''Cardcaptor Sakura''. The target demographic for ''Nakayoshi'' (like '' Ribon'' and '' Ciao'') is teenage girls. Junichi Sato
is a Japanese anime director, best known for working on '' shōjo''-based anime and in the magical girl genre. He was formerly associated with TYO Animations (formerly Hal Film Maker). Born in Ama, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, his first major work was directing the first two seasons of ''Sailor Moon'' for Toei Animation, after which he handed the position over to Kunihiko Ikuhara, although he continued to storyboard and direct episodes for the later seasons. Takanori Arisawa
was a Japanese composer and arranger best known for composing the '' Sailor Moon'' anime series and '' Digimon'' series (Seasons 1-4). He wrote music for the series, including its video games. Born in Tokyo, Arisawa began to learn piano at the age of 20. After graduating from Senzoku Gakuen College, Arisawa started his career in 1980 by composing "Shinjuku Transfer". He worked for the Tokyo Broadcasting System and wrote several TV dramas. From the 1990s until his death, Arisawa began composing for anime series exclusively. His work on ''Sailor Moon'' was initially based on pop music, but gradually began to change to those found in classical music.
