Youssef Rzouga is a Tunisian writer and poet, born on March 21, 1957 in Zorda, Tunisia. He began writing in 1967. Ksour Essef
Ksour Essef or Ksour Essaf () is a town and commune in the Mahdia Governorate, Tunisia, on the coast of the Sahel, about 200 km south of Tunis.
