Yerson Opazo
Yerson Opazo (born 24 December 1984) is a Chilean footballer that currently plays for the Chilean Primera División club Curicó Unido as right midfielder. He has previously played for Universidad de Chile, Deportes La Serena, Colo-Colo , O'Higgins, Huachipato and San Luis de Quillota. Club career Universidad de Chile Opazo began his career at Chilean club, Universidad de Chile. After of play many years in the youth teams of this club, he was promoted to the first team in January 2005 and then was loaned to Deportes La Serena in June of that year. With the 'papayas', he was a key player in the starting XI, so that did reach the semi-finals against Universidad Católica, thanks to the good performance of the team. For the next season, Opazo returned to Universidad de Chile, but he was on many occasions at the bench, because the experimentates players Waldo Ponce and Julio Moreyra played in his position as frequency players in the team's lineup. Villarrica, Chile
Villarrica is a city and commune in southern Chile located on the western shore of Villarrica Lake in the Province of Cautín, Araucanía Region south of Santiago and close to the Villarrica Volcano ski center to the south east. Residents of Villarrica are known as ''Villarricences''. Tourism, grain and dairy farming, and forestry are the main economic activities of the community. Hugo Tocalli
Hugo Daniel Tocalli (born 21 January 1948) is an Argentine former professional football player and coach. He played over 400 games as a goalkeeper, and went on to coach a number of clubs as well as the Argentina under-20 team. Playing career Tocalli started his playing career in 1970 with Deportivo Morón. In 1971, he joined Nueva Chicago where he played until 1974. In 1975, Tocalli started his first spell with Quilmes before moving to Argentinos Juniors in 1977 where he was a teammate of the young Diego Maradona. Tocalli returned to Quilmes in 1978 and was part of the team that won the Metropolitano championship in 1978. He stayed with the club until 1983. Tocalli had short spells with Unión de Santa Fe and Atlanta before retiring in 1985. 2009 Copa Libertadores
The 2009 Copa Libertadores de América (officially the 2009 Copa Santander Libertadores de América for sponsorship reasons) was the 50th edition of the Copa Libertadores de América, CONMEBOL's premier annual international club tournament. The tournament was won by Argentine club Estudiantes de La Plata, who achieved their fourth Copa Libertadores title and first in 39 years. Víctor Hugo Castañeda (born June 21, 1962) is a Chilean football former footballer and current manager. Career Player Castañeda was born in San Vicente de Tagua Tagua, and played for Palestino most of his career. He joined Universidad de Chile in 1992, and obtained 2 National Titles (1994 and 1995). He was part of the Chile national football team during the 1998 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, but retired before he could play in the World Cup and was invited to be a part of Nelson Acosta's staff during the World Cup. Estadio Monumental David Arellano
The Estadio Monumental is a football Stadium in Macul, south-east of the centre of the Chilean capital Santiago. It serves as the home ground of Colo-Colo, and on occasions also for other clubs and the national football team. The stadium has a current spectator capacity of 47,347. The actual playing field is named after David Arellano, the founder of Colo-Colo; therefore, on occasions the whole stadium is referred to as Estadio Monumental David Arellano. The stadium was first opened in 1975 with a double-header in front of 25,599 people.
