Liaoning
Liaoning () is a coastal province in Northeast China that is the smallest, southernmost, and most populous province in the region. With its capital at Shenyang, it is located on the northern shore of the Yellow Sea, and is the northernmost coastal province of the People's Republic of China. Line 3, Dalian Metro
Line 3 of the Dalian Metro (R3; ) is a rapid transit line running from southwest to northwest Dalian. It was opened on the 8 November 2002. This line is long with 12 stations. Line 3 is almost completely at grade or above ground; is elevated, is underground and is at grade. Six stations are elevated, and the remainder are at grade. Transfers to trams and trains are possible at the Dalian Railway Station. The northern area of the city, where the Economic and Technology Development Zone is located, is not well-served by buses. The Dalian Metro is a rapid transit system in the city of Dalian, Liaoning, China. The metro opened on 1 May 2003. The system currently in operation consists of 5 lines: Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 12, and Line 13.
