Xianyang () is a prefecture-level city in central Shaanxi province, situated on the Wei River a few kilometers upstream (west) from the provincial capital of Xi'an. The Xi'an–Baoji high-speed railway, or Xibao Passenger Dedicated Line is a high-speed railway operated by China Railway High-speed between Xi'an and Baoji, in Shaanxi province. The Xi'an Metro, also known as the Xi'an Rail Transit, is a rapid transit system in the city of Xi'an and the neighbouring city of Xianyang, in Shaanxi province, China.
