Worlds Fair Nano is an American future festival whose mission is to let the general public experience the future. Worlds Fair Nano occurs in major cities around the United States. History Founded in 2016 as part of an effort to bring a 6-month World's Fair back to the United States, Worlds Fair Nano seeks to revive the spirit of the World's Fair by providing a place where the general public can experience and learn what the future holds. World's Fair Nano's mission of putting forth a non- BIE effort to bring the World's Fair back to the United States is considered rather important since there has not been a full-scale World's Fair in the United States in the past three decades. Seth Shostak (born July 20, 1943) is an American astronomer and author, and is currently the senior astronomer for the SETI Institute. Shostak hosts SETI's weekly radio show/podcast ''Big Picture Science'', has played himself numerous times in TV and internet film dramas, and has acted in several science fiction films. Early life and education Seth Shostak was born in a Jewish family in Arlington, Virginia, the son of Arthur and Bertha Shostak (née Gortenburg); his father was an electrical engineer. BINA48 (Breakthrough Intelligence via Neural Architecture 48*) is a robotic face combined with the chatbot functionalities, enabling simple conversation facilities similar to chatbots. BINA48 is owned by Martine Rothblatt's Terasem Movement. It was developed by Hanson Robotics and released in 2010. Its bust-like head and shoulders mounted on a frame were modeled after Bina Aspen, Rothblatt's wife. Chip Conley
Chip Conley (born October 31, 1960) is an American hotelier, hospitality entrepreneur, author, and speaker. Early life and education Conley was born in Orange, California and graduated from the PACE program at Long Beach Polytechnic High School. He received his BA in 1982 and an MBA in 1984 from Stanford University. He received an honorary doctorate from Saybrook University. In 1987, Conley founded Joie de Vivre Hospitality, where he held the position of CEO for nearly 24 years, creating and managing around 50 boutique hotels.
