''Woman Worldwide'' is a remix album by French electronic music duo Justice, released on 24 August 2018 by Ed Banger Records and Because Music. Self-described as "10 years of Justice mixed and remixed", the album features reworked tracks from their discography. The album was recorded similarly to the duo's live performances. Background and release Justice began working on the stage production and tracklist for ''Woman Worldwide'' in June 2016. The album incorporates material from their discography. The duo wrote down every track they released at the time and broke down every song by tempo, key, and how much they wanted to incorporate each song into their live set. As the live set was still being finalized, the band rehearsed the live set for months. The band stated they rehearsed their material from two to five hours every day. Justice (band)
Justice is a French electronic music duo consisting of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay. The duo's label is Ed Banger Records, managed by Pedro Winter. Justice is known for incorporating a strong rock influence into their music and image. The band's debut album ''Cross'' was released in June 2007 to critical acclaim. The album was later nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Electronic/Dance Album and came in at number 15 on Pitchfork's ''Top 50 Albums of 2007'' and number 18 on Blender's "25 Best Albums of 2007" list. "Safe and Sound" is a song by French electronic music duo Justice. It was released as the lead single from their third studio album, ''Woman'' (2016), on 13 July 2016. Background and release Prior to the song's release, a user on social media site Reddit discovered "Safe and Sound" in a DJ set by Busy P, head of Ed Banger Records, through the Shazam mobile app. On 13 July 2016, "Safe and Sound" received its first radio airplay on DJ Annie Mac's radio show on BBC Radio 1. Weighted Mean
The weighted arithmetic mean is similar to an ordinary arithmetic mean (the most common type of average), except that instead of each of the data points contributing equally to the final average, some data points contribute more than others. The notion of weighted mean plays a role in descriptive statistics and also occurs in a more general form in several other areas of mathematics. If all the weights are equal, then the weighted mean is the same as the arithmetic mean.
