Winton A. Winter, Jr.
Winton Allen Winter Jr. (born April 19, 1953) is an American politician who served as the Kansas State Senator from the 2nd district from 1983 to 1992. His father, Winton A. Winter Sr. Winton "Wint" Allen Winter, Sr. (August 23, 1930 – May 4, 2013) was an American politician who served as a Republican member of the Kansas Senate, attorney, businessman, rancher and athlete. Kansas's 2nd Senate district is one of 40 districts in the Kansas Senate. It has been represented by Democratic Party (United States), Democrat Marci Francisco since 2005.
