Weesp (band)
Weesp is an alternative post-metal band from Minsk, Belarus. The band style can be described as a mix of heavy and recognizable riffing, groovy drumming beats, analogue synth sounds, and melodic expressional vocals. Even though band members used to call their style alternative rock, some music journalists describe it as “combination of metal and rock genres”, and some songs they define as nu-metal. Early years Band front man Lex Falco together with Michail (Mike) Zalucky (guitar) formed the band in Minsk when they both were studying in high school in the middle of the 2000s. Later, the rest of the members joined and, in 2009, the band finally announced its name - "WEESP" and immediately released the ''Taste of Steel'' EP]. "Omen" is the nineteenth single released by the British electronic band The Prodigy. It was released on 16 February 2009, and it is the first commercial single from the album ''Invaders Must Die''. The release was announced on 9 January, in a newsletter sent to fans. The single is accompanied by a video that features live footage from the band. It was first played on Radio 1 on 12 January. The single was co-produced by Does It Offend You, Yeah? singer James Rushent and features a remix from the Dutch drum and bass group Noisia. The track was the Prodigy's tenth top 10 hit on the UK Singles Chart. The single has yet to receive a physical release outside Europe. The song won the Kerrang! Award for Best Single. Vader (band)
Vader is a Polish death metal band from Olsztyn. Formed in 1983, the group was founded by then-bassist Piotr "Peter" Wiwczarek and guitarist Zbigniew "Vika" Wróblewski. Vader went through several lineup changes over the years, with Wiwczarek as the only constant member. Since 2022, the band has comprised Wiwczarek on guitars and vocals, guitarist Marek "Spider" Pająk, bassist Tomasz "Hal" Halicki, and drummer Michał Andrzejczyk. Behemoth is a Polish extreme metal band from Gdańsk, formed in 1991. They are considered to have played an important role in establishing the Polish extreme metal underground. Cory Brandan Putman is an American singer who has been the lead vocalist for the metalcore band Norma Jean since 2004. Career Brandan is a former member of bands Eso-Charis, Living Sacrifice, The Handshake Murders, and Uses Fire, and a current member of the bands Norma Jean, Fear is the Driving Force and The Radio Sky. He was one of the founding members of Mathcore band Eso-Charis, along with his brother, Matthew Putman and Arthur Green who eventually went on to join the band Living Sacrifice.
