Walker Edmiston
Walker Edmiston (February 6, 1926 – February 15, 2007) was an American radio, television and voice actor. Early years Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Edmiston participated in local theater productions during his high school years. He later studied at the Pasadena Playhouse. Career Edmiston appeared on various television programs in character roles during the 1950s–1970s. Before working on network programs, Edmiston had puppet shows on KTLA-TV in Los Angeles. His voice was heard on the puppet programs ''The Buffalo Billy Show'' and ''Time for Beany'' and on ''Dumbo's Circus'', which included live action and animation. He was also a member of the cast of ''Lidsville'' and voiced characters on ''Pandemonium''. He appeared in the ''Star Trek'' episode The Corbomite Maneuver as the voice of Balok, and episodes of ''Gunsmoke'', '' Mission: Impossible'', ''Knots Landing'', ''Adam-12,'' and ''The Dukes of Hazzard''. Sid Krofft (born July 30, 1929) and Marty Krofft (born April 9, 1937) are a Canadian sibling team of television creators and puppeteers. Through their production company, Sid & Marty Krofft Pictures, they have made numerous children's television and variety show programs in the U.S., particularly in the 1970s, including ''H.R. Pufnstuf'' , ''Land of the Lost'' and ''Sigmund and the Sea Monsters'' . ''The Bugaloos'' is an American children's television series, produced by brothers Sid and Marty Krofft, that aired on NBC on Saturday mornings from 1970 to 1972. Theodore Childress "Chill" Wills (July 18, 1902 – December 15, 1978) was an American actor and a singer in the Avalon Boys quartet. Early life Wills was born in Seagoville, Texas, on July 18, 1902. Career He was a performer from early childhood, forming and leading the Avalon Boys singing group in the 1930s. After appearing in a few Westerns, he disbanded the group in 1938, and struck out on a solo acting career.
