Vipin Sanghi
Vipin Sanghi (born 27 October 1961) is an Indian Judge. Presently, he is Chief Justice of Uttarakhand High Court. He is former Judge of Delhi High Court. He has also served as Acting Chief Justice of Delhi High Court. Career He was born on 27 October 1961 at Nagpur, Maharashtra. He did his schooling in Delhi and passed out from Delhi Public School, Mathura Road. He did L.L.B. from University of Delhi. He was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in year 1986. He has practiced on the Civil and Constitutional side in the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. He was designated as Senior Advocate by Delhi High Court in December 2005. He was elevated as an Additional Judge of Delhi High Court on 29 May 2006 and made permanent on 11 February 2008. Dhirubhai Naranbhai Patel (born on 13 March 1960) is an Indian judge. Presently, he is serving as the Chairperson of Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal. He is former Chief Justice of Delhi High Court. He has also served as Acting Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court and Judge of Jharkhand High Court and Gujarat High Court. Career Patel holds M.Sc. and L.L.M. degrees. He was born on 13 March 1960. He was enrolled as an advocate on 27 July 1984 and practiced in the Gujarat High Court at Ahmedabad. The title of Senior Counsel or State Counsel ( post-nominal letters: SC) is given to a senior lawyer in some countries that were formerly part of the British Empire. "Senior Counsel" is used in current or former Commonwealth countries or jurisdictions that have chosen to change the title " King's Counsel" to a name without monarchical connotations, usually related to the British monarch that is no longer head of state, such that reference to the King is no longer appropriate. Bar Council of Delhi is the regulatory and statutorily representative body for lawyers practising law in the Union Territory of Delhi. It was constituted as per the mandatory requirement as per Advocates Act, 1961 and Bar Council of India. In March 1953, the 'All India Bar Committee', headed by Pawan Sharma, submitted a report which proposed the creation of a bar council for each state and an all-India bar council as an apex body. Uttarakhand High Court
The Uttarakhand High Court is the High Court of the state of Uttarakhand in India. The building of Uttarakhand High Court was constructed by Santoni MacDonald in 1900. The Uttarakhand State was carved out from the State of Uttar Pradesh on 9 November 2000 under the Uttar Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2000. At the time of the creation of the State, the High Court of Uttarakhand was also established on the same day at Nainital.
