Arifwala ( Punjabi and ur, ) is a city and headquarters of Arif Wala Tehsil of Pakpattan District in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It is the 88th largest city in Pakistan. Mailsi () is a city in southern Punjab, Pakistan. It is the headquarters of Mailsi Tehsil, an administrative subdivision of Vehari District. Description It is one of the largest tehsil of Vehari District; the cities of Lodhran and Vehari were created from Mailsi in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
