Vũ Hà Anh
Vũ Nguyễn Hà Anh (born 10 April 1982) is a Vietnamese model, pop singer, songwriter, TV host and author. She has competed in some beauty contests at home and abroad, earning top 10 Miss Universe Vietnam 2008 and won the title of the 2nd Runner-up Miss Vietnam Global in the same year. She is one of the very few Vietnamese models who worked early and actively in the international fashion industry. Ha Anh also has made contributions to Vietnamese fashion as one of the participants in the negotiation meeting with Elle France international team to bring Elle magazine to Vietnam. Miss Earth 2006
Miss Earth 2006, the 6th edition of the Miss Earth pageant, was held on November 26, 2006, at the grounds of the National Museum in Manila, Philippines. The pageant was won by Hil Hernández of Chile and crowned by outgoing titleholder, Miss Earth 2005, Alexandra Braun. The event was originally intended to be held in Santiago, Chile on 15 November, and would be the first Miss Earth pageant outside of the Philippines and as well in Asia, but the Chilean organizers did not meet requirements. In the end, pageant owners Carousel Productions decided to hold the pageant in the Philippines, where all previous Miss Earth pageants had been held, despite having less than two months to prepare for the event.
