Shanghai Fashion Week
Shanghai Fashion Week is a fashion event held two times every year in Shanghai, each time lasting for seven days which is a part of Shanghai International Fashion Culture Festival which usually lasts for a month. The event first began in 2001. Supported by the Ministry of Commerce, Shanghai Fashion Week is a business and cultural event hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Government. With more and more young designers and models, Shanghai Fashion Week is aiming to build up an international and professional platform and attract top design talents from all over the world. Yearly events The current organizer of Shanghai Fashion Week is Shanghai Textile Group, who is in the center of the textile and clothing network in China. Shanghai New International Expo Center
The Shanghai New International Expo Center is an exhibition center in Pudong, Shanghai. It hosts many exhibitions, including the Shanghai Motor Show. It has also hosted the 2002 Tennis Masters Cup, where one of the halls was temporarily converted into a tennis court. With more than 100 exhibitions per year and a turnover rate of 27 (2015), SNIEC is one of the world's most successful exhibition venues. Construction started on November 4, 1999, with its opening taking place on November 2, 2001. It has, as of 2012, a capacity of 200,000 square meters indoor and 100,000 square meters outdoor exhibition area. Pudong
Pudong is a district of Shanghai located east of the Huangpu, the river which flows through central Shanghai. The name ''Pudong'' was originally applied to the Huangpu's east bank, directly across from the west bank or Puxi, the historic city center. Momo Wang, born Wang Tianmo (; born 1987), is a Chinese fashion designer. Biography Early life and education Wang was raised in Jinzhou, Liaoning, China.
