Víctor Espasandín
Víctor Manuel Espasandín Facal (born 16 March 1985) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a left back for New Zealand club Metro. Club career Born in A Coruña, Galicia, Espasandín finished his football formation at Real Valladolid, having joined from local SD Compostela. In the 2005–06 season he made his professional debut, playing one second division match; his fate did not improve in the following campaign as he only appeared in seven games (out of 42) for SD Ponferradina, which eventually got relegated. Espasandín signed for FC Barcelona B in July 2007, helping the Catalans return to the third level in his debut season under young manager Pep Guardiola. In early June 2010, after helping ''Barça'' B return to division two after 11 years, he signed a contract with AC Omonia from Cyprus, joining the club alongside former Barcelona teammate José Manuel Rueda. Cypriot Super Cup
The Cypriot Super Cup is a Cypriot football trophy, contested in an annual match between the previous season's Cypriot First Division champions, and the Cypriot Cup winners. The match is contested at the beginning of the football season, and is usually played at the GSP Stadium in Nicosia. The most successful team in the competition are Omonia, who have won the trophy on 17 occasions. The current holders are Apollon Limassol, who defeated Omonia 2–0 in the 2022 match. History The first match was played in 1951, under the name Pakkos Shield (Greek: Ασπίδα Πάκκου). The trophy was not awarded to the winner of the match, but would instead be awarded to the overall most successful team in the competition, after 10 matches. 2010–11 Cypriot Cup
The 2010–11 Cypriot Cup was the 69th edition of the Cypriot Cup. A total of 28 clubs entered the competition. It began on 10 November 2010 with the first round and concluded on 18 May 2011 with the final which was held at GSZ Stadium. Omonia won their 13th Cypriot Cup trophy after beating Apollon 4–3 on penalties in the final. Format In the 2010–11 Cypriot Cup, participated all the teams of the Cypriot First Division and the Cypriot Second Division. Teams from the two lower divisions (Third and Fourth) competed in a separate cup competition. The competition consisted of five rounds. All rounds, except the final, were played in a two-legged format, each team playing a home and an away match against their opponent. José Manuel Rueda
José Manuel Rueda Sampedro (born 30 January 1988) is a Spanish footballer who plays for CD Olímpic de Xàtiva as a midfielder. Club career Rueda was born in Linares, Jaén, Andalusia. After arriving in FC Barcelona's youth system at the age of 13, he played three years with the B-team, two of those in the third division. On 17 May 2008 he made his La Liga debut, coming on as a substitute for Eiður Guðjohnsen for the final 15 minutes of a 5–3 away win against Real Murcia – in the season's last round – with the title race already decided in the Catalans' favour. Josep "Pep" Guardiola Sala (; born 18 January 1971) is a Spanish professional football manager and former player, who is the current manager of club Manchester City. He is considered one of the greatest managers of all time and holds the records for the most consecutive league games won in La Liga, the Bundesliga and the Premier League.
