Volumetric Video
Volumetric capture or volumetric video is a technique that captures a three-dimensional space, such as a location or performance. This type of volumography acquires data that can be viewed on flat screens as well as using 3D displays and VR goggles. Consumer-facing formats are numerous and the required motion capture techniques lean on computer graphics, photogrammetry, and other computation-based methods. The viewer generally experiences the result in a real-time engine and has direct input in exploring the generated volume. James Frost (born 29 June 1973 in London, England) is an English music video and commercial director. Career James Frost began his career in 1997 as part of the British directing duo James & Alex mith The pair produced work together starting at the Artists Company, and later at Ridley Scott Associates (RSA Films). The pair stopped working together in 2001 with Turin Brakes "72" being the last video they created together. Geometry (; ) is, with arithmetic, one of the oldest branches of mathematics. It is concerned with properties of space such as the distance, shape, size, and relative position of figures. In computer vision, triangulation refers to the process of determining a point in 3D space given its projections onto two, or more, images. In order to solve this problem it is necessary to know the parameters of the camera projection function from 3D to 2D for the cameras involved, in the simplest case represented by the camera matrices. Triangulation is sometimes also referred to as reconstruction or intersection. The triangulation problem is in principle trivial.
