Velvet Hangover
Robert Buchar is an American cinematographer, filmmaker, film director and producer, born in 1951 in Hradec Králové, former Czechoslovakia. In 1966, he came to Prague to study photography at the Secondary School of Graphic Arts, and cinematography at FAMU, the Film and TV School of The Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, Film Academy of Fine Arts, where he graduated as M.F.A. in 1975. He worked as a cinematographer mainly for the documentary section of Krátký film, before defecting to the United States in 1980. There he worked as a cameraman for CBS until 1989, photographed over twenty films and documentaries in the U.S. and Europe. He also works as director of photography on independent films and commercials. Jiří Krejčík
Jiří Krejčík (; 26 June 1918 – 8 August 2013) was a Czech film director, screenwriter and actor. Born in 1918 in Prague, he began his film career as an extra for Barrandov Studios, during World War II. He then began creating short films and commercials. His first directorial feature film was 1947's ''A Week in the Quiet House (Týden v tichém domě)'', in which he wrote the screenplay based on the short stories of Jan Neruda. In 1948, he directed ''Border Village (Ves v pohraničí)'' about a coal-mining village on the Czech border after World War II. Jaroslav Brabec (27 July 1949 – 20 May 2018) was a Czech track and field athlete who competed in the shot put. He twice represented Czechoslovakia at the Summer Olympics (1972 and 1976).
