Matt Veldman (born August 12, 1988) is a former American football tight end. He was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2012. He played college football at North Dakota State. His younger brother Michael Veldman is the former quarterback for Gustavus Adolphus College. Habbo Siebold "Hayke" Veldman (born 5 November 1969) is a Dutch politician, he was a member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands for the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy from 25 June 2014 until 30 March 2021. Life Veldman was born on 5 November 1969 in Zoetermeer. After attending high school in Rosmalen, he proceeded to study history at the Radboud University Nijmegen between 1989 and 1995. Veldman worked as a policy worker for the municipalities of Geldermalsen, Eindhoven, Arnhem and Helmond between 1996 and 2010. Elfried Veldman
Elfried Romeo Veldman (5 June 1966 – 7 June 1989 in Paramaribo) was a Dutch footballer who played as a forward. During his career he served De Graafschap. He died two days after his 23rd birthday, when on 7 June 1989 he was killed in the Surinam Airways Flight PY764 air crash in Paramaribo. He was the older brother of retired footballer and Dutch International John Veldman. Veldman played in the youth squads of AFC Ajax as a right winger and was praised for his pace. Unfortunately for him he was unable to sign a professional contract at the club because of his lack in technique. He made the switch to De Graafschap, where he made his professional debut and played 27 matches. John Veldman
John Fitzgerald Veldman (born 24 February 1968) is a Dutch former footballer who played as a defender. Veldman spent his entire career in the Eredivisie, playing 297 matches from 1986 to 2001. He began his professional career at PSV Eindhoven, then moved on to Willem II, Sparta Rotterdam, Ajax, Vitesse and RBC Roosendaal. While at Sparta, he started in various defensive positions and helped the club reach the final of the KNVB Cup in 1996. Veldman earned a single cap for the Netherlands national football team, which came on 24 April 1996 in a 1–0 loss to Germany. He was included in the Dutch squad for Euro 1996 but did not make an appearance.
