UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifying Group G
Group G of UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying was one of the ten groups to decide which teams would qualify for the UEFA Euro 2024 final tournament in Germany. Group G consisted of five teams: Bulgaria, Hungary, Lithuania, Montenegro and Serbia. The teams played against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. The top two teams, Hungary and Serbia, qualified directly for the final tournament. The participants of the qualifying play-offs were decided based on their performance in the 2022–23 UEFA Nations League. The UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying tournament is an upcoming Association football, football competition that will be played from March 2023 to March 2024 to determine the 23 UEFA member men's national teams that will join the automatically qualified host team Germany national football team, Germany in the UEFA Euro 2024 final tournament. The competition will be linked with the 2022–23 UEFA Nations League, which will give countries a secondary route to qualify for the final tournament. A total of 53 UEFA member associations entered the qualifying process. The draw for the qualifying group stage took place at the Festhalle Frankfurt, Festhalle in Frankfurt on 9 October 2022. Dušan Tadić ( sr-Cyrl, Душан Тадић, ; born 20 November 1988) is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a forward or attacking midfielder and captains both Eredivisie club Ajax and the Serbia national team. Tadić spent his youth at hometown club AIK Bačka Topola and Vojvodina, eventually playing in the UEFA Europa League with the latter. Podgorica City Stadium ( cnr, Stadion pod Goricom) is an all-seater multi-purpose stadium in Podgorica, Montenegro. Although its seating capacity changed over the years due to several renovations, as of 2019 it has 11,050 seats. The stadium is the home ground of the Montenegrin national football team and Budućnost. History Podgorica City Stadium was built in 1945, following World War II. Puskás Aréna is a Soccer-specific stadium, football stadium in the Zugló, 14th district (Zugló) of Budapest, Hungary. The stadium's construction started in 2017 and was finished before the end of 2019. It is an all-seater with a capacity of 67,215. Martin Ádám (born 6 November 1994) is a Hungarian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Greek Super League club Asteras Tripolis and the Hungary national team.
