Tyla Rattray
Tyla Rattray (born 12 November 1985) is a South African former professional motocross racer and current motocross team trainer. He competed in the Motocross World Championships from 1999 to 2008 and, in the AMA Motocross Championships from 2009 to 2013. He returned to the Motocross World Championships for his final two seasons from 2014 to 2015. Rattray is notable for winning the FIM MX2 world championship in 2008. Motocross racing career Born in Durban, South Africa, Rattray made his first foray into international racing in 1999 when he participated in the inaugural FIM 85cc world cup at Gaildorf, Germany. Although completely unfamiliar with the conditions, he slotted straight into top level of international level racing and finished 3rd in the event. The 2015 FIM Motocross World Championship was the 59th F.I.M. Motocross World Championship season. It included 18 events, starting at Losail in Qatar on 28 February, and ending at San Bernardino, California in the United States on 20 September. In the main MXGP class, Tony Cairoli was the six-time defending champion, and entered the 2015 season looking to score a record seventh consecutive premier class title, for Red Bull KTM. In the MX2 class, Jordi Tixier was the defending champion, after taking the title in the final race of the 2014 season, also for Red Bull KTM. The 2014 FIM Motocross World Championship was the 58th F.I.M. Motocross World Championship season. It included 17 events including Qatar, Thailand, Brazil, Italy, The Netherlands, Great Britain, France, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, Belgium and Mexico. Greg Albertyn
Greg Albertyn is a South African former professional motocross racer. He competed in the Motocross World Championships from 1988 to 1994 and in the AMA Motocross Championships from 1995 to 2000. Albertyn is notable for being the first South African competitor to win an FIM motocross world championship. He won three FIM world championships and one American national championship during his racing career. He is now a real estate developer in Riverside, California, United States. Grant Langston (born 17 June 1982), is a South African former professional motocross racer. He competed in the Motocross World Championships from 1998 to 2000 and in the AMA Motocross Championships from 2001 to 2008. He was the 2000 125cc motocross world champion and the AMA 450MX national champion in 2007. Biography Born in Durban, South Africa, Langston began competing in the world championships in 1998, and by 2000, he had won the F.I.M. 125cc world championship as a member of the KTM factory racing team.
