Tuncheng
Tuncheng () is a town and the administrative seat of Tunchang County in Hainan, China. It lies along the G224 highway, about 80 kilometres from Haikou. The town is characterized by a number of botanical gardens with water features. There are also crystal mines in Tunchang. In 1992 the town had a population of 14,974 people living in 78 villages. Tunchang County is a county of Hainan Province, People's Republic of China. Its postal code is 571600, and in 1999 its population was 250,059 people. The administrative seat lies at Tuncheng. There are four main attractions in this county: The Muse Lake, The Standard Model Deer Farm, Shi Xia Hairui Ancestral Home and the Wolong Mountain. Hanyu Pinyin (), often shortened to just pinyin, is the official romanization system for Standard Mandarin Chinese in China, and to some extent, in Singapore and Malaysia. It is often used to teach Mandarin, normally written in Chinese form, to learners already familiar with the Latin alphabet. Haikou
Haikou (; ), also spelled as Hoikow is the capital and most populous city of the Chinese province of Hainan. Haikou city is situated on the northern coast of Hainan, by the mouth of the Nandu River. The northern part of the city is on the Haidian Island, which is separated from the main part of Haikou by the Haidian River, a branch of the Nandu.
