Thibault Tricole (born 11 October 1989) is a French professional darts player who currently plays in World Darts Federation (WDF) and Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He is a first French player to advance to final of the World Darts Championship and most successful darts player to come from France. Career Since 2010, Tricole has occasionally competed in British Darts Organisation and World Darts Federation tournaments, including several times at the Winmau World Masters, but without any notable success. In 2019, he tried his hand at the Q-School of the PDC for the first time, but was unable to secure a tour card. During the year, he played significantly more British Darts Organisation tournaments than in previous years and was able to win his first tournaments at the Torremolinos Open and Greek Open. Auray
Auray (; br, An Alre, or simply ) is a commune in the Morbihan department, administrative region of Brittany, northwestern France. Neil Duff (born 22 July 1972) is a Northern Irish professional darts player who plays in World Darts Federation (WDF) events. He is the current World Darts Federation world champion, having won the 2022 WDF World Darts Championship and first Northern Irish player as number one in the WDF World Men's Ranking. Cameron Menzies
Cameron Menzies (born 27 June 1989) is a Scottish darts player who plays in events of the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). Career BDO Menzies first played darts on the BDO circuit in 2006, playing in the Gibraltar Open. However, he did not emerge to prominence until 2016 where he won the British Open. He played in the 2016 World Masters but lost to Irish darts player John O'Shea in the last 80. Andy Baetens
Andy Baetens (born 24 February 1989) is a Belgian professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He is the reigning 2023 WDF World Darts champion, becoming the first Belgian player to win a world title. Baetens is also a four-time winner of the Czech Open and bronze medalist of the WDF Europe Cup. In the period from May 2023 to January 2024, he was the leader of the World Darts Federation men's ranking. Steve Hine
Stephen "Steve" Hine (born 20 April 1969 from Coventry) is an English professional darts player who plays in World Darts Federation events. He works as a baker and consequently he is nicknamed The Muffin Man. He is well known for bringing muffins and throwing them to the crowd during his walk-on. 2020 BDO World Darts Championship
The 2020 BDO World Professional Darts Championship was the 43rd and final World Championship organised by the British Darts Organisation, and the only staging at the Indigo at The O2 in London. It was the first BDO World Darts Championship not held at the Lakeside Country Club since 1985. Gabriel Pascaru and Thibault Tricole became the first players from Romania and France respectively to play in a World Darts Championship. Three-time men's defending champion Glen Durrant was absent from the event, having switched to the Professional Darts Corporation in January 2019. The reigning women's champion was Mikuru Suzuki.
