Andreas Harrysson (born 3 June 1975) is a Swedish professional darts player who mainly plays in World Darts Federation (WDF) events. Career In 2016, Harrysson became the Scandinavian singles champion for the first time. He defended this in 2018. He also won the team competition with Sweden in 2016. Also in 2016, Andreas Harrysson played his first 2016 WDF Europe Cup reaching the semifinal before losing out to Wales player Jim Williams In 2017, Andreas became the Swedish champion for the first time. Harrysson then defended the title in 2018 before adding a third consecutive title in 2019. Joining the likes of Stefan Lord and Magnus Caris to win it three times. Målilla () is a locality in Hultsfred Municipality, Kalmar County, Sweden with 1,524 inhabitants in 2010. It is more commonly known as the temperature capital of Sweden due to records, both high and low, being set there. A Swedish record high temperature of +38 °C (100.4 °F) was set on June 29, 1947. This record is shared with Ultuna in Uppland. The lowest temperature recorded is −33.8 °C, one of the lowest ever recorded in southern Sweden. Being famous for the extremes in temperature, the middle of the town's main roundabout features a 15 metre high thermometer. Jim Williams (born 27 July 1984) is a Welsh professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. Career Williams first ever rose to prominence in October 2012 at the Winmau World Masters in Hull. There he beat four players in the preliminary rounds to reach the main stage, most notably defeating reigning Lakeside World Champion Christian Kist 3–2 in his final match. Once on stage, he beat established campaigners Jan Dekker 3–1 and Ross Montgomery 3–2 to reach the quarter-finals, before losing out to eventual champion Stephen Bunting by 3 sets to 1. László Kádár (born 31 March 1969) is a Romanian professional darts player who currently plays in World Darts Federation (WDF) events. He is a Apatin Open and Slovak Open champion. His other big achievements to date was qualified and advanced to the second round of the 2022 WDF World Darts Championship. Career Kadar has been playing at international World Darts Federation tournaments since 2010, made his debut at the 2010 WDF Europe Cup, where he was defeated by a whitewash in his opening game against Christian Demazure. In his subsequent 2010 Winmau World Masters debut, Kadar won his first game against Peter Holczer before losing to Dennis Harbour in the third round. James Wade
James Martin Wade (born 6 April 1983) is an English professional darts player, currently playing in the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). He became the youngest player to win a major PDC title, when he won the 2007 World Matchplay at the age of 24. This record has since been broken by Michael van Gerwen. Wade has won eleven PDC majors, third in the all-time list behind Phil Taylor and Michael van Gerwen. He is widely considered one of the best left handed darts players of all time. Wade has also won the World Grand Prix in 2007 and 2010, the UK Open in 2008, 2011 and 2021, the Premier League in 2009, the Championship League in 2010, the Masters in 2014, the European Championship and the World Series of Darts Finals in 2018. Benito Van De Pas
Benito van de Pas (born 18 January 1993) is a Dutch professional darts player. Career BDO Van de Pas reached the semi-finals of the 2011 PDC Under-21 World Championship, losing 1-4 to Michael van Gerwen. Van de Pas won the 2011 German Open. This result helped him to qualify for the 2012 BDO World Darts Championship as the 14th seed. He lost 2-3 in the first round against Alan Norris. He also qualified for the Lakeside in 2013 and 2014, losing in the first round again on both occasions. 2020 International Darts Open
The 2020 International Darts Open was the fourth and final PDC European Tour event on the 2020 PDC Pro Tour. The tournament took place at the SACHSENarena, Riesa, Germany from 23–25 October 2020. It featured a field of 48 players and £140,000 in prize money, with £25,000 going to the winner. Gerwyn Price was the defending champion after defeating Rob Cross 8–6 in the final of the 2019 tournament. However, he was beaten 6–5 by Ross Smith in the second round. Joe Cullen won his second European Tour title and fourth PDC title in all by defeating Michael van Gerwen 8–5 in the final, which also secured his place as the number 1 seed for the European Championship. The Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) is a professional darts organisation in the United Kingdom, established in 1992 when a group of leading players split from the British Darts Organisation (BDO) to form what was initially called the World Darts Council (WDC). Wesley Harms (born 11 June 1984) is a Dutch former professional darts player. Career Harms won the BDO International Open in 2011, defeating Stephen Bunting in the final. John O'Shea (born 24 July 1975) is a professional Irish darts player, who plays in the Professional Darts Corporation events. His most notable achievement is winning the 2019 World Masters, the first Irish player to win a major global tournament in many years. The 2019 One80 L-style World Masters was a major tournament on the BDO/ WDF calendar for 2019. It took place from 23 to 28 October at the Circus Tavern in Purfleet, Essex, which hosted the PDC World Darts Championship from 1994 to 2007. Adam Smith-Neale was the reigning men's champion after defeating Glen Durrant in the previous year's final by 6 sets to 4, but lost in the Last 128 to Hannes Schnier of Austria.
