Tyrell Goulbourne
Tyrell Goulbourne (born January 26, 1994) is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward who is currently an unrestricted free agent. He most recently played for the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League (AHL). He has formerly played parts of two seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Philadelphia Flyers. He was drafted by the Flyers in the third round of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Goulbourne was drafted in the 5th round, 105th overall, by the Kelowna Rockets in the 2009 WHL Bantam Draft. In 2013, Goulbourne was named an assistant captain for the Rockets and was drafted in the third round of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft by the Philadelphia Flyers. He played with the Rockets for two more seasons before signing an entry-level contract with the Flyers on March 3, 2015. Lehigh Valley Phantoms
The Lehigh Valley Phantoms are a professional ice hockey team based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The team competes in the American Hockey League (AHL) and serves as the primary development team for the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League. 2017–18 AHL Season
The 2017–18 AHL season was the 82nd season of the American Hockey League. The regular season ran from October 6, 2017, to April 15, 2018. The 2018 Calder Cup playoffs followed the conclusion of the regular season. The Toronto Marlies won their first Calder Cup in seven games over the Texas Stars. League changes The AHL's only alignment change was moving the Charlotte Checkers from the Central Division of the Western Conference to the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference, significantly decreasing their interdivisional travel and balancing the two conferences' members. Goal (ice Hockey)
In ice hockey, a goal is scored when the puck entirely crosses the goal line between the two goal posts and below the goal crossbar. A goal awards one point to the team attacking the goal scored upon, regardless of which team the player who actually deflected the puck into the goal belongs to (see also own goal). Typically, a player on the team attempting to score shoots the puck with their stick towards the goal net opening, and a player on the opposing team called a goaltender tries to block the shot to prevent a goal from being scored against their team. The Los Angeles Kings are a professional ice hockey team based in Los Angeles. Michael McNiven
Michael McNiven (born July 9, 1997) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender currently playing with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits in the ECHL. He has previously played with the Montreal Canadiens in the National Hockey League (NHL). Early life McNiven was born on July 9, 1997, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Stockton Heat
The Stockton Heat were a professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey League (AHL) that played from 2015 to 2022. The team was based in Stockton, California, and was affiliated with the National Hockey League (NHL) Calgary Flames. The Heat played its home games at Stockton Arena.
