"Two Doors Down" is the second single from the Mystery Jets album '' Twenty One'' and it features a saxophone solo by Nik Carter (of The Blackjack Horns). The single became their second highest-charting single in the UK Singles Chart, peaking at number 24, second to "The Boy Who Ran Away" which charted one place higher at number 23. In October 2011, ''NME'' placed it at number 100 on its list "150 Best Tracks of the Past 15 Years". Mystery Jets are an English indie rock band, formerly based on Eel Pie Island in Twickenham, London. The band consists of Blaine Harrison (vocals, guitar and keyboards), Jack Flanagan (bass and vocals), Kapil Trivedi (drums) and Henry Harrison (lyrics). History Formation and early demos (2003) The band's first line-up consisted of Blaine Harrison on drums, William Rees on guitar and Henry Harrison (Blaine's father) on bass. Henry became a second guitarist in the band and they were joined by Kai Fish on bass and Tamara Pearce-Higgins on the organ. Kai joined the band after suggestions that they needed a bassist (he played the cello originally). Their original name was The Misery Jets, which was taken from an Evening Standard headline (Eel Pie Island is under the Heathrow flight path, where planes can be frequently spotted). ''Twenty One'' is the second studio album by Mystery Jets, released in the UK on 24 March 2008. The first single from the album, " Young Love" featuring Laura Marling, was released on 10 March 2008. The album originally reached #50 in the UK Albums Chart but was hastily rereleased with an additional cover of Aztec Camera's hit single "Somewhere in My Heart" to coincide with the release of eighties-themed single "Two Doors Down" (featuring sax by Nik Carter), which peaked at #24 in the UK Singles Chart. Erol Alkan (born 30 May 1974) is an English DJ and producer of Turkish Cypriot descent. He grew up in Archway in North London. Career DJ and club promoter In 1993, Erol Alkan started DJing in various indie nightclubs in London. His first ever public DJ set was at The Gass Club in Leicester Square. In 1995, he was a resident DJ of club night 'Going Underground' co-founded by Glyn Peppiatt and James Dickie.
