Tsugutoshi Gotō
is a Japanese songwriter, bassist and music producer. Gotō broke into the Japanese music industry playing bass on tour for artists like Sadistic Mika Band, Bread & Butter and Shiro Kishibe. He went on to write and produce songs for other artists including Kenji Sawada, Miyuki Nakajima, Shizuka Kudō, and various idol singers. In 1980, Gotō won Song of the Year at the Japan Record Award for his work on Kenji Sawada's song "Tokio". In 1983, Gotō married former idol singer and actress Midori Kinouchi. The pair divorced four years later. In 1987, he contributed the soundtrack for the Famicom/NES version of the video game Ultima III: Exodus. Onyanko Club
was a large all-girl Japanese pop idol group in the 1980s. Some members of the group participated in spin-off groups, such as Nyangilas, Ushiroyubi Sasaregumi and Ushirogami Hikaretai. Many of the latter two groups' songs were used as theme songs of the popular 80s anime series ''High School! Kimengumi'' and ''Tsuide ni Tonchinkan''. Several big-name idols stemmed from the group; one of the best known being Shizuka Kudo. The group was produced by Hiroshi Ishida and Kazuji Kasai, both of whom were producers of Fuji TV's show ''Yūyake Nyan Nyan.'' Midori Kinouchi (木之内 みどり, ''Kinouchi Midori'', b. ''Midori Kiuchi'' on June 10, 1957) is a former Japanese idol and actress. Biography In 1972 Midori Kinouchi was the runner up in the NTV program ''"Miss Teen Contest"''. She debuted as a singer in May, 1974 with the song ''"Mezame"'' (Wake Up), which was written by famous Japanese lyricist Yū Aku. She debuted as an actress in 1976 in the drama ''"Watashi Mo Moeiteru"'' and starred in the 1977 TV series ''"Keiji Inu Curl"''.
