Trumpchi GA4
The Trumpchi GA4 is a compact sedan produced by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand in China and the GAC Motor brand globally. It was intended to be a smaller successor to the GA5 compact sedan, leaving the GA5 nameplate open for a new compact sedan model. Overview The Trumpchi GA4 was officially launched during the 2018 North American International Auto Show in Detroit as the replacement for the Trumpchi GA5 compact sedan in China, and it went on sale in China shortly after on January 18, 2018. Sales in North America was planned to start in 2019. The GA4 sedan is powered by either a 1.5-liter I4 with 114hp mated to a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission, or a 1.3-liter turbo I4 engine generating 137hp and 202Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. GAC Group
Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (GAC Group) is a Chinese state-owned automobile manufacturer headquartered in Guangzhou, Guangdong. Founded in 1954, it is currently the fifth largest automobile manufacturer in China, with 2.144 million sales in 2021. The company produces and sells vehicles under its own branding, such as Trumpchi, Aion, Hycan as well as under foreign-branded joint ventures such as GAC-Toyota, GAC-Honda, and GAC-Mitsubishi. Trumpchi () is an automotive marque owned by the Chinese automaker GAC Group. It was launched in December 2010. History GAC began the construction of facilities to produce vehicles for a new own-brand automotive marque in 2008. The first Trumpchi model to go into production, the Trumpchi GA5 sedan, a four-door mid-size saloon car model based on the platform of the Alfa Romeo 166, went into mass production in September 2010. The first 500 Trumpchi sedans produced were delivered to the organizing committee of the 2010 Asian Games in October 2010. The Trumpchi Sedan was formally unveiled to the public at Auto Guangzhou in December 2010, and public sales of the vehicles began in the same month. Clark International Speedway, abbreviated as CIS, is a motorsport venue at the Clark Freeport Zone in Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines. History It was built on November 15, 2008 and has a Grade 4 accreditation level from the FIA. The circuit features 18 turns and runs in a counter-clockwise direction. The North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), also known as the Detroit Auto Show as of 2022 and prior to NAIAS, is an annual auto show held in Detroit, Michigan, U.S., at Huntington Place. The show was held in January from 1989 to 2019. It was intended to move to the summer in 2020, but was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic that year and 2021, before returning in September 2022. It is among the largest auto shows in North America. UPI says the show is "regarded as the foremost venue for armanufacturers to unveil new products".
