Trumpchi
Trumpchi () is an automotive marque owned by the Chinese automaker GAC Group. It was launched in December 2010. History GAC began the construction of facilities to produce vehicles for a new own-brand automotive marque in 2008. The first Trumpchi model to go into production, the Trumpchi GA5 sedan, a four-door mid-size saloon car model based on the platform of the Alfa Romeo 166, went into mass production in September 2010. The first 500 Trumpchi sedans produced were delivered to the organizing committee of the 2010 Asian Games in October 2010. The Trumpchi Sedan was formally unveiled to the public at Auto Guangzhou in December 2010, and public sales of the vehicles began in the same month. The Trumpchi GS5, a sport utility vehicle based on the same platform as the Trumpchi Sedan, was launched in March 2012. Trumpchi GS5
The Trumpchi GS5 is a compact crossover produced by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand. The first generation was sold from 2011 to 2017 with a facelift variant called the GS5 Super launched in 2014, while the second generation model was sold starting in 2018. Trumpchi GS4
The Trumpchi GS4 is a compact crossover SUV of the late-2010s produced by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand in China and the GAC Motor brand globally. The first generation was launched in 2015, and was available as a gasoline variant, a plug-in hybrid electric variant and a pure electric variant. The plug-in hybrid electric variant was sold by the GAC Mitsubishi joint venture under the Eupheme brand as the Eupheme PHEV, and by GAC Honda joint venture under the GAC Honda brand as the Shirui PHEV. Both variants feature restyled front and rear end designs while still wears the GAC badge. Trumpchi GM8
The Trumpchi M8 is a minivan manufactured by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand in China and the GAC Motor brand globally. Originally launched as the GM8 in 2017, it was renamed to simply M8 in 2021. The Trumpchi GS8 is a mid-size crossover SUV produced by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand in China and the GAC Motor brand globally. The first generation was launched in 2016, and spawned a slightly smaller 5-seater variant dubbed the Trumpchi GS7. The Trumpchi GA5, or originally the Guangzhou Auto Trumpchi is a compact sedan produced by Guangzhou Automobile under the Trumpchi brand. It debuted at the 2010 Guangzhou Auto Show. Overview In 2009, Alfa Romeo had sold its 166/Kappa platform and tooling to Guangzhou Automobile (GAC), which formed the basis of the Trumpchi GA5 and Trumpchi GS5 crossover, using a FIAT/Alfa Romeo 2.0 engine and a manual, automatic or tiptronic transmission. Pricing ranges from 122,800 yuan to 189,800 yuan. The Trumpchi was launched as a brand and the brand expanded later with the Guangzhou Auto Trumpchi being renamed to Trumpchi GA5 by the end of 2012 along with the facelift. The Trumpchi GA6 is a mid-size sedan produced by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand in China starting from 2014, and under the GAC Motor brand globally. First generation (2014) The first generation Trumpchi GA6 originally debuted as a concept on the 2014 Beijing Auto Show in the beginning of 2014, and the production version debuted during the 2014 Guangzhou Auto Show by the end of 2014. The Trumpchi GS7, later the Trumpchi GS8S, is a mid-size crossover SUV produced by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand in China and the GAC Motor brand globally. Overview Being essentially the smaller five-seater version of the larger seven-seater Trumpchi GS8, the GS7 has been redesigned from the C-pillar onward to the rear to differentiate from the larger GS8.
